Please note that we are not able to accept returns on fresh food items (such as breads, vegetables etc). p>
Also we are unable to accept any unsealed health products as returns. If you need to return any item that meets these conditions, you please notify our Customer Care Center within 7 days of receipt of your order. p>

We will issue a 100% refund, credited to your next IndianOnlineGrocery.com order or purchasing credit card. (Minus the actual cost of shipping the order to you, if the return is a result of an error other than ours).
All items must be returned in their original packaging, with all original accessories. Opened items may be returned only if it contains a manufacturer's defect
