    Great for Hypertension

    Great stuff, BUT a couple points: 1 - Tablets are HARD - CHEW THEM to get the full benefit!! They WORK to LOWER BP! 2 - Take about 8 - 10 the first few times; check your blood pressure 1 and then 2 hours later! You should see a NOTICEABLE DIFFERENCE! Then, play with dosage until dosage is where you need it, based on desired blood pressure. This, then, will become YOUR maintenance dose. Always check BP one and 2 hours after dose...more if you want.
