Hassle-Free Return Policy

IndianOnlineGrocery.com is devoted to 100% customer satisfaction.

International Customers:

IndianOnlineGrocery.com will not take any responsibility on  delivery delays  or lost packages or customs issues.  Customers please do your own research and due diligence before placing the orders. 

The orders will be processed and the tracking numbers will be provided once shipped.  From that point onwards customers should take their own responsibility.


Domestic Customers:

If any item you receive has any defect, faulty workmanship, or defect due to shipping, IndianOnlineGrocery.com will refund it. Please note that we are not able to accept returns on fresh food items (such as breads, vegetables etc).

Also we are unable to accept any unsealed health products as returns. If you need to return any item that meets these conditions, you please notify our Customer Care Center within 7 days of receipt of your order.

We will issue a 100% refund, credited to your next www.IndianOnlineGrocery.com order or purchasing credit card. (Minus the actual cost of shipping the order to you, if the return is a result of an error other than ours).

All items must be returned in their original packaging, with all original accessories. Opened items may be returned only if it contains a manufacturer's defect.

www.IndianOnlineGrocery.com's return policy does not cover damage caused after an item has arrived at its destination, including spoilage, melting or other damage.

All items must be returned in its original, unopened condition
